  • Reason for Return: When notifying us, you must specify the reason for the return.
  • Return Window: Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process :

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will inform you of the next steps and approve or decline the return based on the provided reason.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  4. Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 72h.
