Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Times and Delays

Standard shipping times within the EU range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
We DO NOTsupport international shipments outside the EU.
