4. Delivery

• We offer fast delivery across Limassol, often within 1 hour for local orders.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our store location. A base delivery fee of €0.50 applies to all orders, plus €0.35 per kilometer.
• Our delivery service currently operates within a maximum distance of 50 km from our store in Limassol.
• Please note that our system calculates delivery distance based on the center point of the customer’s postal code. Because of this, the actual delivery distance may vary by approximately ±600 to 800 meters.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, order volume, and product availability.
• Tropica Markt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for returns.
• Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval, either to the original payment method or store credit.

6. Product Information

• Tropica Markt is not liable for minor discrepancies in product images or descriptions.
